Donald Trump gets a shock! The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled the tariff invalid.

After the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, DC ruled that his tax policy was illegal, Donald Trump on Saturday hit back, saying that his tariff policy remains in place and that he will challenge it in the Supreme Court. The tariffs are still in place. A biased court has wrongly said that they should be repealed. Still, the victory will be for America. He also said that if the caste tariffs are removed, it will be a disaster for the country and the United States will be economically weak.

Trump further said that America will no longer tolerate large trade deficits and unfair policies of other countries. We must remember that tariffs are a great weapon for workers and companies that make Made in America products. With the help of the Supreme Court, we will use them for the benefit of the country and make America strong again.

The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, DC said in its order that Trump has exceeded the limits of his powers by invoking emergency powers. The law gives the president the authority to take many steps in a state of emergency. However, it does not have the authority to impose tariffs. The reciprocal tariffs imposed in April and some tariffs imposed on China, Canada and Mexico in February have been canceled. However, this does not include the tariffs imposed on steel and aluminum.

The court further said that Congress has not given the president any authority to impose unlimited tariffs. The decision came on a petition filed by 12 Democratic-controlled states. In this petition, it was argued that only Congress has the authority to impose the relevant tariffs and not the president.

The court has allowed the decision to immediately terminate the tariffs to be challenged in the Supreme Court, so the tariffs will remain in effect until October 14 to give the Donald Trump administration a chance to appeal this decision.
