India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) has announced its Recruitment 2025 with a total of 309 vacancies for the posts of Junior Associate (Clerk) and Assistant Manager (Scale-I). Interested candidates can apply online from 11th November 2025 to 1st December 2025.

· Junior Associate (Clerk): 199 vacancies
Assistant Manager (Scale-I): 110 vacancies
Total: 309 vacancies across various branch banking outlets nationwide. The recruitment is for various IPPB Branch/Banking Outlets located across different states in India.
Educational Eligibility
Candidates must have a graduation degree in any
discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or approved
by a government regulatory body. This includes regular or distance learning
graduates.
Age Limit (as on 01.11.2025)
Junior Associate (Clerk): Minimum 20 years, Maximum 32
years
Assistant Manager (Scale-I): Minimum 20 years, Maximum 35 years
There are specific experience requirements related to pay scales which
candidates must meet as well.
Experience Requirement
Junior Associate: Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field at CDA pay scale Level 4, 5, or 6 or IDA pay scale W-4, 5, or 6.
Assistant Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience at CDA pay scale Level 7 or 3 years at IDA pay scale E-1, E-0, or Level 8.
